Our Building Team

Chappell Construction

Wade Chappell leads Chappell Construction Group, bringing a Georgia Tech engineering education — including a Building Construction certificate — to every project he undertakes. With decades of experience across the Southeast building custom homes, medical facilities, retail, and office buildings, Wade and his team deliver a level of craftsmanship and accountability that's rare in custom residential construction.

Chappell Construction has already completed homes within The Bluffs and currently has additional homes underway in the community. They are the trusted builder partner for The Bluffs and are intimately familiar with the community's topography, building guidelines, and architectural vision.

Chappell Construction Group is also an affiliated member of the Southern Living Custom Builders Program, a distinction that reflects their commitment to quality design and construction standards.
